Hello and welcome to the home of IronABS. I could call us a triathlon team as we are a British Triathlon Federation affiliated club, but we're so much more than that, we're a way of life...the IronABS way...plus we do marathons and swims. Anyway, if you want to find out more about us just read on.

We're back IronABS fans, i thought it was time we got this site back up and running, there are some new pages and i've got rid of some too. There will also be a page to IronABS JOGLE trip due for 2011. Up coming race: Rutter takes on the Half Iron distance Little Woody at the end of August, Darlo moves back down to sprint distances in the North West Tri (Sept 4th) and attempts to defend his title at Tatton Park Tri (Sept 19).

NEWS - 20/07/2009
Last night at the Manchester Velodrome IronABS members Daniel Smalley and Simon Darlington gained their track accreditation. Daniel & Simon will now be attending SQT sessions in the future.
